This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, or that we otherwise obtain as a result of your use of the Software or visiting the Site will be processed and held by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your data and how we will treat it.

In relation to any other information your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

We will retain your information for so long as you continue to have an account for the purposes of using the Software or, in relation to data obtained through your visits to the Site alone, for so long as we reasonably consider such data to be relevant.
